|Recommended: YesGreat staff and We love our apartment — I am so glad that my family enjoys this apartment transition as much as they have. We moved from a nice sized home in the middle of an unfortunate life change into this 3 bedroom. With teenagers you never know how they will adapt. The grounds are so quiet and well kept, the dog parks are great for our large goldendoodle which an ESA and they were very welcoming to him here , the parking is very open and has plenty for us and we have multiple drivers so we needed that. We love the size of our apartment and the rent is competitive to those around here so we were satisfied with it. We have loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and maintenance. We look forward to the rest of our time here. We are blessed with good neighbors too. Can't wait for the warm weather and some much needed pool time.

|Recommended: YesIncredible Staff — Our experience at the Falls has only been positive. We moved here to get out of a terrible apartment situation at a different complex and the office staff at the Falls was great to work with and made the move seamless. You can tell that the manager and leasing staff are passionate about making this the best complex in Norman and it shows. They are always friendly, very communicative, and always have an immediate solution to any issue.
The units are very well built and are impeccably clean upon move in. I have never had any concerns about mold or infrastructure in our time here. The only thing that has ever malfunctioned was our door lock, which was fixed immediately. The people who live here are also very friendly and we have made several good acquaintances. We just signed a new lease for another year here and we couldn't be more grateful for this community.

The community is very pleasant and the grounds are always kept clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and professional and maintenance tasks are completed in timely manner. Overall, it is an enjoyable place to live.
