Answered any questions I had. I love my apartment it’s so super cute and you can tell that it was well taken care of by the staff and previous residence.

Property is clean and pool is great. I would recommend The Falls at Brookhaven to anyone seeking a safe and clean property.

Each room had air fresheners plugged in and there was welcome gifts. Very pleasant surprise. The staff seeks to help progress things forward as desired and the grounds are very clean and orderly. I haven't been here long but I can already tell I am going to love it. WAY BETTER than my last place.

Over the past seven months, I have found the staff to be extremely prompt, compassionate, and professional with any requests or questions. They are thorough with both work orders and administrative inquiries. Several times in the evening, I have seen a courtesy officer on foot patrol, reinforcing my sense of safety. I have left my keys in the door overnight two or three times and they have been untouched the next day We can leave toys and shoes on our patio without worrying that they will disappear, and the neighbors are incredibly courteous and friendly. This is a great place to live, especially if you value peace of mind and calm
