|Recommended: YesQuiet and Safe Place — I really love Falls at Brookhaven. It's quiet and I really don't have any huge complaints. Sometimes I wish there was more parking spots but I don't know how they could fix that.
Maintenance fixes problems in a very timely manner. The guys that I've met so far on the maintenance crew are super cool.
I feel safe in this neighborhood as well.
I absolutely would recommend living here and I'm not leaving any time soon.

|Recommended: YesThe Falls at Brookhaven is an AWESOME place to live. — I love the office staff they are exceptional and always willing to help. I love my apartment, my neighbors are nice and friendly. The office staff has events monthly that are designed to promote a community feeling. If you are looking for a nice, quiet, clean and family centered home The Falls at Brookhaven is where you want to be.

|Recommended: YesLovely Quiet Living — This complex is in a great location, minutes from shopping and dining, as well as the highway. The neighbors are quiet and respectful, and the office staff takes care of you when you need assistance. The apartments are spacious with lots of storage. The pool is lovely, and my ONLY request would be a small playground for the multiple children that live here.

|Recommended: YesVery Nice Place to call home — The staff at the Falls are great and very welcoming and if you do have issues the maintenance man is wonderful The grounds are kept clean and manicured and the perks like door trash pick-up are excellent.
|Recommended: YesThis as a great complex in all aspects — This is what apartment living is supposed to be like. Extremely nice, affordable apartments with helpful staff, well maintained grounds, pet trails, and a beautiful pool. The bedrooms are spacious, the bathrooms are bigger than the usual cramped apartment baths, and the kitchens are fully functional with up-to-date appliances. I have been looking to buy a house for a while now, but I just keep renewing my lease.
